Who Can Register at Pinata Win?
To create a Pinata Win account, you must be at least 21 years of age — this is a hard requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and there are no exceptions. You must also be physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted.
Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus or to circumvent any restriction is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
One account per player. Pinata Win actively monitors for duplicate registrations. If you've previously had an account closed or are on our self-exclusion list, please do not attempt to re-register — contact our support team instead to discuss your situation.
What Documents Do You Need?
You can register with just your basic details, but before you can make your first withdrawal, Pinata Win requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This means submitting one valid government-issued Philippine ID:
